Cancellations and Refunds

You can request the cancellation of your order by contacting us through the available channels. We will do our best to process your cancellation request. However, if the order is already being processed or has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Although we make every effort to fulfill your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee it will be processed in time.

If cancellation is not possible, please refuse the delivery when it arrives. A refund will be issued once the return of your order is completed, with no additional cost to you.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the customer may exercise the right of return under the applicable legal terms.

If the return is made within Portugal and the reason is due to a defect, shipping error or damaged product, the return costs will be fully covered by INSYGMA Nutrition.
In all other cases (e.g., returns due to change of mind or from outside Portugal), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original order, within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product(s) are received and verified.
