Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually (~95% of the time) shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. Unexpected delays may occur, so please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be shipped. We do not ship on Sundays, Saturdays, or public holidays.

All our orders will arrive on the next business day if placed before 4:00 PM, applicable to Portugal and Spain.
For the rest of Europe, delivery may take 3–4 business days.

For orders over 44.99 euros, shipping is free. Except for Madeira and the Azores.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are:

Mainland Portugal: 3,99€
Spain: 3,99€
Europe: €6.99
Wood: €12.99
Azores: €15.99

Currently, we do not ship outside of Europe.

After delivery of the order to the carrier, INSYGMA is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors such as strikes, weather conditions or carrier errors.
