INSYGMA Nutrition is a Portuguese supplement brand built on a simple idea: every ingredient, every dose, and every claim must have a reason to exist.

We have developed an intentional selection of products, formulated from the available evidence and designed to address specific goals. No ingredients added merely to enhance the label, no token doses, and no unnecessarily complicated formulas.

Quality is not merely written on the label. We use independent laboratories to analyze our products and confirm parameters such as purity, potency, and safety.

We publish the corresponding Certificates of Analysis on product pages, so you can review the results and understand exactly what you are buying. For us, transparency is not about saying more — it is about allowing you to verify it.
Ours motivation
We created INSYGMA because, as consumers, we could not find the brand we wanted to buy.

We found too many products built from marketing back to the formula: popular ingredients in irrelevant amounts, combinations without clear logic, and claims far greater than the evidence supporting them. It was difficult to distinguish what had real value from what merely sounded convincing.

We did not want to put a different name on the same products. We wanted to build what we felt was missing: a brand with the curiosity to question, the judgment to choose, and the discipline not to launch a product when it adds nothing.

INSYGMA was born from that standard. Not to promise a solution for everything, but to make fewer, better-designed products. The brand we wish we had found as consumers.
