Does the pack include two Whey PRO products?

No. The Performance Pack includes one 900 g Whey PRO, in your chosen flavor, and one 300 g Creatine ULTRA-PURE. You can choose Chocolate Milkshake or Vanilla Cream.

How long does the pack last?

Whey PRO provides approximately 26 servings of 35 g. The creatine provides 60 servings of 5 g. Since whey is used according to your protein needs, the two products do not necessarily have to run out at the same time.

Can I mix creatine into the whey?

Yes. You can put one serving of whey and 5 g of creatine in the same shaker with water. You can also take them separately — creatine’s results depend above all on daily consistency.

Do I need a loading phase?

It is not required. A consistent daily intake of 3 to 5 g gradually increases muscle stores and is easy to maintain. Each INSYGMA serving provides 5 g.

Does the whey contain sugar?
